Return Policy:
No merchandise can be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds will be credited back less 20% for restocking fee.

All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery date, in original box.

No returns on special orders.

No returns on electrical components.

No returns will be accepted if merchandise is used or damaged.

All returns are subject to inspection prior to a credit being authorized.

We do not keep credit card information on file, therefore NO EXCHANGES. If additional parts are needed, they will have to be reordered via the web site.
